The side effect of keto diet is that the body does not get enough fiber and nutrients. Carbohydrates are also devoured less. Hence, this has a profound effect on the digestive system. Due to this, the person may face digestion related problem i.e. constipation, especially in the beginning.

Due to this, you can have problems like stiffness, strain and fatigue in the muscles of the body, mainly due to disturbances in electrolytes. This problem can be caused by a lack of carbohydrates.

If you are not used to this diet. So it creates a feeling of lethargy and tiredness in the body. But after you keep following it continuously, it turns into your habit.

Those people should not carry keto diet, who are suffering from thyroid, liver related problems, kidney disease and constipation problem etc.This can be harmful to their health.
