What you need?
To prepare a healthy bowl of it, you need 4 washed and peeled beetroot bulbs, one peeled and sliced ​​pear and one pomegranate.
Instructions:
- Boil beetroot in water for 20 minutes till bulbs become soft. Now cool the beetroot and drain the water.
- Meanwhile, peel the pomegranate and separate only red grains from it.
- Now grind the pomegranate grains with peeled and chopped pears and beetroot in a blender.
- After that filter it and take it out in a bowl.
- Your baby superfood is ready.

You should feed beetroot to your baby only after 8-10 months. It is rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron along with vitamins A, B, C, K and E.
