Many fitness experts emphasise the benefits of consuming meat when it comes to fitness and appearance. Shraddha Kapoor

Shraddha Kapoor became a vegetarian a few years ago, and PETA dubbed her the “hottest” vegetarian in 2020. According to her statement, she became a vegetarian after being inspired by PETA’s cookbook.

Shahid Kapoor

He became a vegetarian more than a decade ago after reading ‘Life Is Fair by Brian Hines,’ a book given to him by his father, Pankaj Kapoor. Along with Sonam Kapoor, Shahid has been named one of PETA’s Hottest Vegetarians. Both are vegetarians who have increased the popularity of plant-based diets.

Amitabh took up meat, grains, alcohol, and smoking for his health, and he has been named the ‘hottest’ vegetarian by PETA three times. “I merely ceased eating non-vegetarian cuisine on my own, not for any medical, health, or religious grounds,” Amitabh once said. It simply happened, and I’m leaving.”

Kangana Ranaut

According to accounts, with her spiritual journey in mind, she became vegetarian and even vegan, and PETA named her the “hottest” vegetarian.

Being a non-vegetarian was a spiritual roadblock for me. It was difficult to go, and I won’t claim I don’t miss it, but you can do it with your resolve,” Kangana said. The actress successfully converted from a non-vegetarian to a vegetarian diet.

 Aamir Khan

Aamir Khan, who used to consume fish, chicken, meat, and eggs, has gone vegan after giving up non-vegetarian food. Not only has the actor gone green, but he has also given up milk and dairy products. Amir’s ex-wife, Kiran Rao, assisted him in becoming a vegetarian, and the actor is now a vegan as well.

Bhumi Pednekar

During the first COVID-19 lockdown, Bhumi went vegetarian and publicised the shift on Instagram. “My trip with Climate Warrior taught me a lot. It made me more empathetic and humble toward other animals,” she added.
